Garbage and recycling collection-

Garbage is picked up on Thursday (until Jan 8, 2024) . EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 30, 2023, Waste Management now uses automated collection trucks. ALL GARBAGE must be placed in the 96-gallon cart. Additional garbage outside of the cart will NOT be collected. Recycling and yard waste will be collected on Friday, and will be collected on the same week. Friday, November 3rd will be an ON week for both services, with Friday, November 8th being an OFF week, etc.

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 8, 2024, trash collection will be moving to Friday’s as well, so that all 3 services are on the same day. For additional assitance, call Waste Management at (502) 969-2355.

Stray dogs and cats and noisy pets

There is nothing the homeowners association can do regarding stray dogs and cats or pets that are excessively noisy.  The first recommended course of action is to speak with the owner of the animal in order to resolve the situation.  If this is unsuccessful the second course of action would be to call Metro Government-Animal Control.

Snow Plowing

Snow plowing is the responsibility of Metro Government and issues regarding snow plowing can be addressed by calling 311 Metro Call.

Suspicious Activities

Suspicious activities should be reported to the police.

Sidewalk and Street Repairs

Sidewalk and street repairs are the responsibility of Metro Government.

If one notices sidewalks that are cracked, buckled, or in damaged and/or dangerous condition or if there are pot holes in the street please contact Metro Government by calling 311.
